This machine simply blows air into air-pouches (which are available separately in rolls) to inflate the air-pockets in the pouches to form air cushions for packaging and bubble wrap (depending on the type of rolls used).

How It Works

Simply insert your roll of air pouches onto the spindle, feed it through the air pillow packaging machine as directed in the user manual, and then set the recommended speed, temperature, and airflow rate for your air cushion pouches. Once everything is set, the machine will then inflate the air pockets in the roll and then use heat to seal the end, giving you perfect air-pillows which you can use to package and protect goods during transit or shipping.
